Personal Message:
Joseph grew up in Albany, NY and
moved to Maine in 1995. Joe is a
graduate of Cheverus High school and
Southern Maine Community College
with a degree in Criminal Justice. He
started as a reserve patrolman for Old
Orchard in 2004 and then was hired as
a full time dispatcher in 2005. Joe is
also a member of APCO, and currently
attending college working towards a
degree in emergency management
and homeland security.
