Avenue. Any animals which are “at large” are taken to the
kennel if their owners can not be readily located. There is a fine
of $15.00 to claim your animal from the shelter for the first
offense, the fine for each subsequent offense is $30.00. There
are also several walking trails behind the kennel for the public
and their animals to enjoy.
